Coach Excellence, Inc. founder and coaches
are pioneers and leaders in the profession. Each is trained and
certified internationally. Committed to excellence in providing

experience includes coaching, executive development, training and

My philosophy is that coaching is a process of human interaction

and creative genius of a person or a team. My purpose is to help
people produce extraordinary results in their lives, careers, businesses
or organizations. Through the process of coaching, clients deepen
their learning, improve their performance, and enhance their quality
of life.
In each meeting, the client chooses the focus of conversation,
while the coach listens and contributes observations and questions.
This interaction creates clarity and moves the client into action.

Executive Coaching is a custom-designed, developmental experience
for the mid to senior level executive who wishes to enhance his
or her effectiveness and leadership capabilities. The initial assessment
and work may begin in person, and the ongoing coaching is conveniently
by telephone with on-site follow up as required.
Coaching Skills Training
Coaching skills are important competencies for leaders and managers
today. Coach Excellence, Inc. has created
a program designed to introduce those skills to organizations. Delivered
in two or three day format, this highly interactive training is
the first step in providing participants with the technology and
concept of coaching as a competency.

Strategic Leadership Training

Designed to follow our Coaching Skills Training and/or
our Strategic Leadership Training, one-on-one coaching
is designed specifically around the on-going needs of the individual
participants. It supports and integrates coaching skills into leadership
and management style. Coaching is delivered by telephone and email.
On-site assessments and follow-ups are also available.
