Coach Excellence, Inc. founder and coaches are pioneers and leaders in the profession. Each is trained and certified internationally. Committed to excellence in providing outstanding services for individuals and businesses worldwide, our experience includes coaching, executive development, training and speaking. We offer our services in English or French in a combination of Face-to-face meetings wherever possible, telephone sessions and e-mail.

My philosophy is that coaching is a process of human interaction and development at the cognitive, behavioral, emotional and developmental intelligence levels aiming at the development of the full potential and creative genius of a person or a team. My purpose is to help people produce extraordinary results in their lives, careers, businesses or organizations. Through the process of coaching, clients deepen their learning, improve their performance, and enhance their quality of life.

In each meeting, the client chooses the focus of conversation, while the coach listens and contributes observations and questions. This interaction creates clarity and moves the client into action. Coaching accelerates the client's progress by providing greater focus and awareness of choice. Coaching concentrates on where clients are now and what they are willing to do to get where they want to be in the future.

Executive Coaching is a custom-designed, developmental experience for the mid to senior level executive who wishes to enhance his or her effectiveness and leadership capabilities. The initial assessment and work may begin in person, and the ongoing coaching is conveniently by telephone with on-site follow up as required.

Coaching Skills Training

Coaching skills are important competencies for leaders and managers today. Coach Excellence, Inc. has created a program designed to introduce those skills to organizations. Delivered in two or three day format, this highly interactive training is the first step in providing participants with the technology and concept of coaching as a competency.

Strategic Leadership Training

Leadership skills are most important in building long lasting organizations that do great good for people and make a giant difference in the world. Authentic leaders make a difference in the lives of customers, provide opportunities for employees, and generate superior long-term returns for shareholders. This three day workshop helps participants understand the complementary difference between managing and leading as well as help each leader develop authenticity, his or her own leadership style that is consistent with his or her personality and character through the Five Qualities of Authentic Leaders.

One-0n One Coaching

Designed to follow our Coaching Skills Training and/or our Strategic Leadership Training, one-on-one coaching is designed specifically around the on-going needs of the individual participants. It supports and integrates coaching skills into leadership and management style. Coaching is delivered by telephone and email. On-site assessments and follow-ups are also available.
